When your device acts up, it turns your world upside down. We introduced AKKO as the smart choice for device protection by showing the real panic that hits when your phone fails at the worst possible moment. People treat their phones like an extension of themselves — storing memories, work, and entire lives inside them. But when the screen cracks, the phone gets stolen, or the camera fails, those important moments are suddenly ruined. We created three relatable “disaster notification” ads that mimic real phone alerts. Each ad uses dark humor to highlight the frustration, then calmly explains how AKKO’s nationwide repair network and fast replacement options get your life back on track.

Event Idea: The AKKO Drop Test
People are overconfident with their phones. They think: ”It’ll be fine.” So, AKKO creates a live experience that puts that confidence to the test.
Drop location in public area (park, campus, mall)
Participants receive a prop phone and several cases/screen protectors to choose from to build a protective solution.
Phones are then dropped one by one until final 3.
Winner receives a year of AKKO coverage, new phone, etc.
